Substitutions, Cancellations & Refunds

Substitutions may be made at any time prior to the day of the conference. 

Cancellations will be accepted up to thirty days prior to the conference minus a $100 administrative fee. For cancellations received within 30 days before conference start, no refund of the conference fee will be issued. All cancellations must be received in advance in writing or by email (main@cahea.org).

No shows will forfeit all conference fees.

Registrations are not confirmed until payment is received (check or credit card).
